Our Recommendations The following is simply a sample of the near limitless number of dishes we prepare for our customers. We strive to create menus that are tailored to our customers whether it is a family recipe or a particular taste. Please contact us and schedule an appointment to taste a few of our wonderful creations. These are some of our favorite appetizers, sides, deserts and main courses that can be adapted for almost any type of event. Click any image for more details.

Chef's Selection of Imported Cheeses (Appetizer) Some of our favorite cheeses from all around the world and is equally as nice served as an appetizer or a desert course. These cheeses match with virtually any wine or cocktail but of course our head chef can work with you to devise the perfect menu and recommend matching wines and beers.

Wild Venison Roast with Seasonal Vegetables (Main Course) No where else will you find such a special treat, extremely fresh venison straight from our local vendor. We season the meat for a minimum of seven days and then slow roast it to bring out all the flavors. We make sure you have plenty to enjoy and share – this is just one serving!

Ginger Grilled Fresh Asparagus (Vegetable Side Dish) We lightly grill our fresh asparagus till just crisp tender and then toss with a signature sauce based in balsamic vinegar and fresh ginger root. A great compliment to any meal prepared right before it’s served.

Welcome to Mary's Party Works

Mary’s Party Works was founded in 1990 with the goal of sharing great food with great people. We strive to bring new ideas to the customers of southwest Virginia and allow our references and testimonials of happy customers speak for themselves. Mary’s Party Works currently employs two chefs and ten servers with the capacity to serve events up to 400 people.

Our #1 focus is our clients and making sure they are served with the utmost professionalism, cordiality, and uniqueness to maintain a personal relationship that we hope will continue to grow through the years.

Our service area stretches from Silvertown on the west to Idlewood on the east - from Franklin in the south to Gastone in the north. We pride ourselves on our ability to travel and serve the highs quality food in any location and under any condition.

received a degree from super culinary institute and has been the food industry for 13 years and working with Mary for 10 years. He specializes in preparing salads and parfaits and he believes that no salad is complete until he has personally inspected it.
